A PPGI coil is made by coating a galvanized steel substrate with multiple layers of paint and protective film. The process begins with hot-dip galvanized steel, which already has a zinc coating for corrosion resistance. It then undergoes a color coating process, where primers and paints are applied on both sides through continuous roller coating and heat-curing.
The result? A durable, colorful, and maintenance-free steel sheet ready to be used in roofing, wall cladding, and countless industrial applications.
